From a Personal Practice to a Shared Path of Healing
My name is Manjri Gupta, and my journey with yoga began over 20 years ago—not as a teacher, but as a seeker. What started as a search for peace grew into a practice that strengthened my body, softened my mind, and transformed my life.
After becoming a certified instructor in 2020, I felt called to share this practice with others. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding people from all walks of life—seniors, specially-abled adults, busy professionals, beginners, and anyone navigating stress, anxiety, or physical limitations. These experiences taught me that yoga meets you exactly where you are.
Just a Little OM was born from a simple belief: healing doesn’t require big steps. Sometimes, all it takes is a little breath, a little movement, a little stillness—just a little OM.
Today, this space reflects my heart and my experience. Here, we practice not to perfect poses, but to connect within. Healing is gentle, growth is personal, and every breath is a new beginning.
