About me
My name is Manjri Gupta and my journey with yoga spans over 20 years—beginning as a personal practice and evolving into a purposeful path of teaching and service. Certified as a yoga instructor in 2020, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and abilities, including those managing lifestyle conditions, stress, anxiety, physical limitations and weight-related challenges.I believe yoga is for everybody, at every stage of life.
